Warnailah rambut, namun jauhi warna hitam
Imam Ahmad : 13882حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ جِيءَ بِأَبِي قُحَافَةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَكَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ ثَغَامَةٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اذْهَبُوا بِهِ إِلَى بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِشَيْءٍ وَجَنِّبُوهُ السَّوَادَ
Narrated to us [Isma'il] Narrated to us [Laits] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] saying: On the day of the Conquest of Makkah, Abu Quhafah was brought before the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him with a head like tsaghomah (a type of plant whose leaves and fruit are white), then the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: "Bring him to some of his wives and color his hair, but avoid black".
