Hadith Representative
Ketika seorang laki-laki ia mendapati seekor anjing yang menjilat tanah karena sangat kehausan. lalu memberi minum anjing itu. Maka Allah berterima kasih kepadanya dan mengampuninya
Imam Bukhari : 168حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا رَأَى كَلْبًا يَأْكُلُ الثَّرَى مِنْ الْعَطَشِ فَأَخَذَ الرَّجُلُ خُفَّهُ فَجَعَلَ يَغْرِفُ لَهُ بِهِ حَتَّى أَرْوَاهُ فَشَكَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ فَأَدْخَلَهُ الْجَنَّةَوَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَتْ الْكِلَابُ تَبُولُ وَتُقْبِلُ وَتُدْبِرُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَكُونُوا يَرُشُّونَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ
It was narrated to us by [Ishaq] who said: It was narrated to us by ['Abdush Shamad] who said: It was narrated to us by ['Abdurrahman bin 'Abdullah bin Dinar], I heard [my father] from [Abu Shalih] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that a man saw a dog licking the ground out of thirst, so the man took his shoe and scooped water with it for the dog until it was satisfied. Allah was grateful to him and admitted him to Paradise. [Ahmad bin Shabib] said: It was narrated to us by [my father] from [Yunus] from [Ibn Shihab] who said: It was narrated to me by [Hamzah bin 'Abdullah] from [his father], that during the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, dogs would urinate and come and go in the mosque, but they did not sprinkle anything on it.'
