Hadith Representative
Seorang wanita diazab karena seekor kucing. Ia menahannya sampai mati, tidak memberinya makan dan tidak membiarkannya makan serangga tanah
Imam Bukhari : 2192حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عُذِّبَتْ امْرَأَةٌ فِي هِرَّةٍ حَبَسَتْهَا حَتَّى مَاتَتْ جُوعًا فَدَخَلَتْ فِيهَا النَّارَ قَالَ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ لَا أَنْتِ أَطْعَمْتِهَا وَلَا سَقَيْتِهَا حِينَ حَبَسْتِيهَا وَلَا أَنْتِ أَرْسَلْتِهَا فَأَكَلَتْ مِنْ خَشَاشِ الْأَرْضِ
Narrated to us Isma'il, he Sa'd narrated to me Malik, from Nafi,, from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'A woman was punished for a cat she confined until it died of hunger, so she entered the Fire.' Nafi, said: He said: 'Allah knows best, you neither fed it nor gave it water when you confined it, nor did you let it go to eat the vermin of the earth.'
