Anjuran untuk mengecek hewan qurban terlebih dahulu, sebelum melakukan penyembelihan
Imam Tirmidzi : 1418حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ الصَّائِدِيِّ وَهُوَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَأَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَسْتَشْرِفَ الْعَيْنَ وَالْأُذُنَ وَأَنْ لَا نُضَحِّيَ بِمُقَابَلَةٍ وَلَا مُدَابَرَةٍ وَلَا شَرْقَاءَ وَلَا خَرْقَاءَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ وَزَادَ قَالَ الْمُقَابَلَةُ مَا قُطِعَ طَرَفُ أُذُنِهَا وَالْمُدَابَرَةُ مَا قُطِعَ مِنْ جَانِبِ الْأُذُنِ وَالشَّرْقَاءُ الْمَشْقُوقَةُ وَالْخَرْقَاءُ الْمَثْقُوبَةُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَشُرَيْحُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ الصَّائِدِيُّ هُوَ كُوفِيٌّ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ عَلِيٍّ وَشُرَيْحُ بْنُ هَانِيءٍ كُوفِيٌّ وَلِوَالِدِهِ صُحْبَةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ عَلِيٍّ وَشُرَيْحُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْكِنْدِيُّ أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ الْقَاضِي قَدْ رَوَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَكُلُّهُمْ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ عَلِيٍّ فِي عَصْرٍ وَاحِدٍ قَوْلُهُ أَنْ نَسْتَشْرِفَ أَيْ أَنْ نَنْظُرَ صَحِيحًا
Narrated to us [Al Hasan bin Ali Al Hulwani] said, narrated to us [Yazid bin Harun] said, informed us [Syarik bin Abdullah] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Syuraih bin An Nu'man Ash Sha`idi, and he is from Hamdan] from [Ali bin Abu Thalib], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered us to ensure the health of the eyes and ears (of the sacrificial animal). He also forbade us from sacrificing an animal with a cut front ear, a cut back ear, a split ear, or a round hole in its ear.' Narrated to us [Al Hasan bin Ali] said, narrated to us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] said, informed us [Isra'il] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Syuraih bin Nu'man] from [Ali] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, like that hadith. He added: Ali said: 'Muqabalah is an animal with a cut at the front of its ear, Mudabarah is an animal with a cut at the back of its ear, Syarqa` is an animal with a split ear, and Kharqa is an animal with a round hole in its ear.' Abu Isa said: 'This hadith is hasan sahih. Syuraih bin An Nu'man Ash Sha`idi is from Kufa and was among the companions of Ali. Syuraih bin Hani is also from Kufa, his father was among the companions of Ali. Syuraih Ibnul Harits Al Kindi Abu Umayyah Al Qadhi narrated from Ali they were all contemporaries and companions of Ali. Ali’s statement ensure the health" means to check the health of the sacrificial animal.'"
