Larangan bershadaqah atas nama orang tua dari harta mereka tanpa perintah mereka
Imam Ahmad : 16716حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أُمِّي مَاتَتْ وَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهَا قَالَ أَمَرَتْكَ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَلَا تَفْعَلْ
He narrated to us [Musa bin Dawud] he said, He narrated to us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Abul Khair] from [Uqbah bin Amir] he said, "A man came to the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him and said, "Indeed, my mother has died, and I want to give alms in her name?" He said: "Did your mother order you?" The man answered, "No." He said: "Then don't do it.
