Ada larangan wanita tidak boleh memberi infak tanpa izin suami
Imam Muslim : 1704حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ قَالَ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَصُمْ الْمَرْأَةُ وَبَعْلُهَا شَاهِدٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ وَلَا تَأْذَنْ فِي بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ شَاهِدٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ وَمَا أَنْفَقَتْ مِنْ كَسْبِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَمْرِهِ فَإِنَّ نِصْفَ أَجْرِهِ لَهُ
Narrated by Muhammad bin Rafi', from Abdurrazaq, from Ma'mar, from Hammam bin Munabbih, he said This is a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah from Muhammad Rasulullah (peace be upon him), mentioning several hadiths, including: Rasulullah said: 'A woman should not fast (voluntarily) when her husband is present, except with his permission. Nor should she allow anyone into his house without his permission. If she gives charity from his earnings without his command, half the reward goes to him.'
