Narrated to us [Abu Bakar bin Muhammad bin Basysyar], narrated to us [Abu Daud At Thayalisi], narrated to us [Sufyan bin Sa'id]. And also narrated to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan], narrated to us [Abdurrazaq], informed us [Sufyan] from [Sa'd bin Ibrahim] from [Raihan bin Yazid] from [Abdullah bin Amru] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: "The rich person is not entitled to zakat nor the one who has perfect limbs". (Narrator) said, in this chapter (there is also narration -pent) from Abu Hurairah, Hubsyi bin Junadah and Qabishah bin Mukhariq. Abu 'Isa said, the hadith of Abdullah bin Amru is a hasan hadith, and Syu'bah has narrated this hadith with the same chain from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, but he did not marfu' it. In another hadith, it has been narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, namely: "It is not halal to beg for the rich, nor for the one who has perfect limbs, if he is a strong person, but he is in great need, and has nothing, then he is given a share of zakat, some scholars allow the zakat collector to do so."
