Keluarga Nabi Muhammad tidak menerima zakat

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَهْضَمٍ مُوسَى بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدًا مَأْمُورًا مَا اخْتَصَّنَا دُونَ النَّاسِ بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا بِثَلَاثٍ أَمَرَنَا أَنْ نُسْبِغَ الْوُضُوءَ وَأَنْ لَا نَأْكُلَ الصَّدَقَةَ وَأَنْ لَا نُنْزِيَ حِمَارًا عَلَى فَرَسٍقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَرَوَى سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ هَذَا عَنْ أَبِي جَهْضَمٍ فَقَالَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ و سَمِعْت مُحَمَّدًا يَقُولُ حَدِيثُ الثَّوْرِيِّ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ وَوَهِمَ فِيهِ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَالصَّحِيحُ مَا رَوَى إِسْمَعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ وَعَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَهْضَمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

Narrated to us [Abu Kuraib] said, narrated to us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] said, narrated to us [Abu Jahdham bin Musa bin Salim] from [Abdullah bin Ubaidullah bin Abbas] from [Ibnu Abbas], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was a servant who received commands (as a prophet), he never favored us (the household) over others except in three things: he ordered us to perfect wudu, not to consume charity, and to prefer donkeys over horses.' Abu Isa said: 'In this matter, there is also a hadith from Ali. This hadith is hasan sahih. [Sufyan bin Ats Tsauri] narrated this hadith from [Abu Jahdham], he said: from [Abdullah bin Ubaidullah bin Abbas], from [Ibnu Abbas].' Abu Isa said: 'I heard [Muhammad] say: The hadith of Ats Tsauri is not preserved, and Ats Tsauri himself was doubtful. The more sahih narration is from [Isma'il bin Ulayyah] and [Abdul Warits bin Sa'id], from [Abu Jahdham], from [Abdullah bin Ubaidullah bin Abbas], from [Ibnu Abbas]."'
