Imam Tirmidzi : 578حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْمَدَنِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وَبُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَا سَقَتْ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَجَابِرٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ وَعَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وَبُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا وَكَأَنَّ هَذَا أَصَحُّ وَقَدْ صَحَّ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَعَلَيْهِ الْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ عَامَّةِ الْفُقَهَاءِ
Narrated to us [Abu Musa Al Anshari], narrated to us ['Ashim bin Abdul 'Aziz Al Madani], narrated to us [Al Harits bin Abdurrahman bin Abu Dzubab] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] and [Busr bin Sa'id] from [Abu Hurairah], he said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Crops irrigated by rain and springs, zakat is one-tenth, while those irrigated by tools zakat is one-twentieth." (Narrator) said, in this chapter (there is also narration -pent) from Anas bin Malik, Ibnu Umar and Jabir. Abu 'Isa said, this hadith has been narrated from Bukair bin Abdullah bin Al Asyaj and from Sulaiman bin Yasar and Busr bin Sa'id from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as mursal, it seems this narration is more sahih. Similarly the similar hadith from Ibnu Umar is a sahih hadith and used as a basis for practice by most fuqaha'.
