Perintah Nabi untuk berzakat setelah shalat yang mengutus Mu’adz ke Yaman
Imam Tirmidzi : 567حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَقَ الْمَكِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَيْفِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ لَهُ إِنَّكَ تَأْتِي قَوْمًا أَهْلَ كِتَابٍ فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوا لِذَلِكَ فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ افْتَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوا لِذَلِكَ فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ افْتَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَدَقَةً فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ تُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ وَتُرَدُّ عَلَى فُقَرَائِهِمْ فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوا لِذَلِكَ فَإِيَّاكَ وَكَرَائِمَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ حِجَابٌوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ الصُّنَابِحِيِّ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَأَبُو مَعْبَدٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ اسْمُهُ نَافِذٌ
Narrated to us [Abu Kuraib], narrated to us [Waki'], narrated to us [Zakariya bin Ishaq Al Makki], narrated to us [Yahya bin Abdullah bin As Shaifi] from [Abu Ma'bad] from [Ibnu 'Abbas] that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent Mu'adz to Yemen, then he said to him: "Indeed you will come to people from the People of the Book, so call them to testify Laa ilaaha illallaah and I am the Messenger of Allah. If they obey you, teach them that Allah obliges them five prayers a day and night, if they obey you, inform them that Allah obliges them to pay zakat from their wealth taken from the rich to be distributed to the poor among them, if they obey you then do not take zakat from their best wealth and beware of the prayer of the oppressed because there is no barrier between his prayer and Allah (his prayer is answered)." (Narrator) said, in this chapter (there is also narration -pent) from Al Shunaabihi. Abu 'Isa said, the hadith of Ibnu Abbas is a hasan sahih hadith. Abu Ma'bad is the slave of Ibnu Abbas named Nafidz.
