Puasa Ramadhan yang dilanjutkan dengan 6 hari Syawal seperti puasa setahun penuh
Imam Tirmidzi : 690حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ قَالَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ فَذَلِكَ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَثَوْبَانَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ اسْتَحَبَّ قَوْمٌ صِيَامَ سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ هُوَ حَسَنٌ هُوَ مِثْلُ صِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَيُرْوَى فِي بَعْضِ الْحَدِيثِ وَيُلْحَقُ هَذَا الصِّيَامُ بِرَمَضَانَ وَاخْتَارَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنْ تَكُونَ سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ فِي أَوَّلِ الشَّهْرِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنْ صَامَ سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ مُتَفَرِّقًا فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ قَالَ وَقَدْ رَوَى عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ وَسَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا وَرَوَى شُعْبَةُ عَنْ وَرْقَاءَ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَسَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ هُوَ أَخُو يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ فِي سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ مِنْ قِبَلِ حِفْظِهِ حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ صِيَامُ سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ فَيَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ بِصِيَامِ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ عَنْ السَّنَةِ كُلِّهَا
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] narrated to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] narrated to us [Sa'd bin Sa'id] from [Umar bin Tsabit] from [Abu Ayyub] he said, the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: 'Whoever fasts Ramadan followed by fasting six days in the month of Syawwal, then it is the same as fasting a full year.' In this chapter (there is also a narration -pent) from Jabir, Abu Hurairah and Tsauban. Abu 'Isa said, the hadith of Abu Ayyub is a hasan sahih hadith. Some scholars like to fast six days in the month of Syawwal based on this hadith. Ibnu Al Mubarak said, that opinion is good like fasting three days in the middle of each month, Ibnu Al Mubarak continued, it has been narrated in some hadiths, that this fasting is a continuation of Ramadan fasting, Ibnu Mubarak chooses and prefers fasting six days at the beginning of the month consecutively but it is okay if you want to fast six days not consecutively. (The narrator) said, ['Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad] has narrated this hadith from [Shafwan bin Sulaim], while [Sa'd bin Sa'id] narrated it from [Umar bin Tsabit] from [Abu 'Ayyub] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Likewise [Syu'bah] narrated this hadith from [Warqa' bin Umar] from [Sa'ad bin Sa'id] and Sa'ad bin Sa'id is the brother of Yahya bin Sa'id Al Anshari, the hadith scholars criticize Sa'ad bin Sa'id in terms of his memorization. Narrated to us Hannad narrated to us Hasan bin Ali Al Ju'fi from Isra'il Abu Musa from Hasan Al Bashri he said, if mentioned to him fasting six days in the month of Syawwal he said, by Allah, indeed Allah is pleased with fasting six days in the month of Shawwal equivalent to fasting a full year."
