Puasa 3 hari setiap bulan seperti berpuasa sepanjang tahun
Imam Nasa'i : 2366أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ شَهْرُ الصَّبْرِ وَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ
Narrated to us [Zakaria bin Yahya] he said :Narrated to us ['Abdul A'la] he said :Narrated to us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Thabit] from [Abu 'Uthman] that [Abu Hurairah] said : "The Prophet peace be upon him said: "The month of patience (Ramadan fasting) and -fasting- three days in a month; -same as- Dahr fasting."
