Nabi pernah menggunakan pendapat Abu Bakar, ternyata pendapat Umar yang dibenarkan Allah mengenai tawanan perang Badar
Imam Tirmidzi : 3006حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الْيَمَامِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُمَيْلٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَنَظَرَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَهُمْ أَلْفٌ وَأَصْحَابُهُ ثَلَاثُ مِائَةٍ وَبِضْعَةُ عَشَرَ رَجُلًا فَاسْتَقْبَلَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقِبْلَةَ ثُمَّ مَدَّ يَدَيْهِ وَجَعَلَ يَهْتِفُ بِرَبِّهِ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِزْ لِي مَا وَعَدْتَنِي اللَّهُمَّ آتِنِي مَا وَعَدْتَنِي اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ تُهْلِكْ هَذِهِ الْعِصَابَةَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ لَا تُعْبَدُ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَا زَالَ يَهْتِفُ بِرَبِّهِ مَادًّا يَدَيْهِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ حَتَّى سَقَطَ رِدَاؤُهُ مِنْ مَنْكِبَيْهِ فَأَتَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَأَخَذَ رِدَاءَهُ فَأَلْقَاهُ عَلَى مَنْكِبَيْهِ ثُمَّ الْتَزَمَهُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ كَفَاكَ مُنَاشَدَتَكَ رَبَّكَ إِنَّهُ سَيُنْجِزُ لَكَ مَا وَعَدَكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى{ إِذْ تَسْتَغِيثُونَ رَبَّكُمْ فَاسْتَجَابَ لَكُمْ أَنِّي مُمِدُّكُمْ بِأَلْفٍ مِنْ الْمَلَائِكَةِ مُرْدِفِينَ }فَأَمَدَّهُمْ اللَّهُ بِالْمَلَائِكَةِقَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُمَرَ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي زُمَيْلٍ وَأَبُو زُمَيْلٍ اسْمُهُ سِمَاكٌ الْحَنَفِيُّ وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ هَذَا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basyar] has told us [Umar bin Yunus Al Yamami] has told us [Ikrimah bin Ammar] has told us [Abu Zumail] has told us [Abdullah bin Abbas] has told us [Umar bin Al Khaththab] said: The Prophetpeace be upon him saw the polytheists numbering a thousand people while his companions numbered three hundred and more than a dozen people, then he faced the Qibla then raising his hands while praying: ALLOOHUMMA ANJIZ LII MAA WA'ADTANII, ALLOOHUMMA IN TUHLIK HAADZIHIL 'ISHOOBATA MIN AHLIL ISLAAM, LAA TU'BAD FIL ARDHI "O Allah, give me everything you have promised me, O Allah, bring everything you have promised me, O Allah, if you destroy these Muslims, surely no one will worship you in the face anymore this earth," he didn't He kept praying and raising his hands until his shawl fell from his shoulders, then Abu Bakr took it and put it back on his shoulders, then he (as if) hugged him from behind and said: O Prophet of Allah, it is enough for you to make your request because He will surely give you all that has been promised. Then Allah revealed "(Remember), when you asked for help from your Lord, then He gave you permission: 'Indeed, I will bring upon you a thousand angels in succession.'" (Al Anfaal: 9) Abu Isa said that this hadith is hasan sahih gharib, we do not know it from the hadith of Umar except from the hadith of Ikrimah bin Ammar from Abu Zumail. Abu Zumail's name is Simak Al Hanafi. This happened at the Battle of Badr.
