Wajah Nabi berlumuran darah serta gigi geraham beliau pecah
Imam Ibnu Majah : 3455حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ قَالَجُرِحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَكُسِرَتْ رَبَاعِيَتُهُ وَهُشِمَتْ الْبَيْضَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ فَكَانَتْ فَاطِمَةُ تَغْسِلُ الدَّمَ عَنْهُ وَعَلِيٌّ يَسْكِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ بِالْمِجَنِّ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْ فَاطِمَةُ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يَزِيدُ الدَّمَ إِلَّا كَثْرَةً أَخَذَتْ قِطْعَةَ حَصِيرٍ فَأَحْرَقَتْهَا حَتَّى إِذَا صَارَ رَمَادًا أَلْزَمَتْهُ الْجُرْحَ فَاسْتَمْسَكَ الدَّمُ
Narrated by [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] and [Muhammad bin Ash Shabah], both said: Narrated by [Abdul Aziz bin Abu Hazim] from his father, from [Sahl bin Sa'd As Sa'idi], he said, 'Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was wounded during the Battle of Uhud, his front tooth broken, and his helmet shattered. Fatimah washed the blood, while Ali poured water using a shield. When Fatimah saw the water increased the blood flow, she took a piece of mat, burned it to ash, and applied it to the wound, stopping the blood.'
