Rasulullah dalam membaiat wanita tidak pernah menyentuh mereka dan hanya dengan ucapan
Imam Ibnu Majah : 2866حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْكَانَتْ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ إِذَا هَاجَرْنَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُمْتَحَنَّ بِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ{ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ يُبَايِعْنَكَ }إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَمَنْ أَقَرَّ بِهَا مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَقَدْ أَقَرَّ بِالْمِحْنَةِ فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَقْرَرْنَ بِذَلِكَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِنَّ قَالَ لَهُنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ انْطَلِقْنَ فَقَدْ بَايَعْتُكُنَّ لَا وَاللَّهِ مَا مَسَّتْ يَدُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُبَايِعُهُنَّ بِالْكَلَامِ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ وَاللَّهِ مَا أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَمَرَهُ اللَّهُ وَلَا مَسَّتْ كَفُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَفَّ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ لَهُنَّ إِذَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْهِنَّ قَدْ بَايَعْتُكُنَّ كَلَامًا
Narrated by [Ahmad bin 'Amru bin As Sarh Al Mishri], narrated by [Abdullah bin Wahab], he said: [Yunus] reported from [Ibnu Syihab], [Urwah bin Az Zubair] reported that ['Aisyah], wife of the Prophet shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, said: Believing women, when migrating to Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, were tested with Allah’s words, {O Prophet, when believing women come to you to pledge (yubāyi‘naka)} until the verse’s end. 'Aisyah said, ‘Whoever among the believing women affirmed it passed the test (al-miḥnah).’ When they affirmed with their words, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said, ‘Go, I have accepted your pledge.’ By Allah, the Prophet’s hand never touched a woman’s hand; he pledged them with words (bil-kalām). 'Aisyah said, ‘By Allah, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam took from women only what Allah commanded. His palm never touched a woman’s palm. He said to them after their pledge, ‘I have accepted your pledge with words.’
