Penolakan Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam terhadap penggambaran Nabi Ibrahim dan Ismail sebagai pengundi nasib di ka'bah
Imam Bukhari : 1498حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا قَدِمَ أَبَى أَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْبَيْتَ وَفِيهِ الْآلِهَةُ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُخْرِجَتْ فَأَخْرَجُوا صُورَةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ فِي أَيْدِيهِمَا الْأَزْلَامُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَاتَلَهُمْ اللَّهُ أَمَا وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ عَلِمُوا أَنَّهُمَا لَمْ يَسْتَقْسِمَا بِهَا قَطُّ فَدَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ فَكَبَّرَ فِي نَوَاحِيهِ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ فِيهِ
Narrated to us Abu Ma'mar, narrated to us 'Abdul Warith, narrated to us Ayyub, narrated to us 'Ikrimah from Ibn 'Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them, said: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, arrived, he refused to enter the Ka'bah while idols were inside. He ordered them removed, and they brought out images of Ibrahim and Isma'il holding divining arrows. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: May Allah curse them; they knew those two never used divining arrows. He entered the Ka'bah, proclaimed takbir at its sides, and did not pray inside.
