Tata cara shalat khauf

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ بِإِحْدَى الطَّائِفَتَيْنِ رَكْعَةً وَالطَّائِفَةُ الْأُخْرَى مُوَاجِهَةُ الْعَدُوِّ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا فَقَامُوا فِي مَقَامِ أُولَئِكَ وَجَاءَ أُولَئِكَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَامَ هَؤُلَاءِ فَقَضَوْا رَكْعَتَهُمْ وَقَامَ هَؤُلَاءِ فَقَضَوْا رَكْعَتَهُمْقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رَوَى مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَ هَذَا قَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَحُذَيْفَةَ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ وَأَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ وَاسْمُهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ صَامِتٍ وَأَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ فِي صَلَاةِ الْخَوْفِ إِلَى حَدِيثِ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ و قَالَ أَحْمَدُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةُ الْخَوْفِ عَلَى أَوْجُهٍ وَمَا أَعْلَمُ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ إِلَّا حَدِيثًا صَحِيحًا وَأَخْتَارُ حَدِيثَ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ وَهَكَذَا قَالَ إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ ثَبَتَتْ الرِّوَايَاتُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْخَوْفِ وَرَأَى أَنَّ كُلَّ مَا رُوِيَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْخَوْفِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ وَهَذَا عَلَى قَدْرِ الْخَوْفِ قَالَ إِسْحَقُ وَلَسْنَا نَخْتَارُ حَدِيثَ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ مِنْ الرِّوَايَاتِ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik bin Abu Syawarib], narrated to us [Yazid bin Zurai'], narrated to us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [his father] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed khauf one rak'ah with one group from his two troops, while the other troop faced the enemy, then they (the troop that prayed) moved and took the place of the troop facing the enemy. Then the second troop came, so he prayed one rak'ah with them (the second troop) then he salam while leading them, then they stood to complete the next rak'ah, then the first troop also completed the next rak'ah. Abu Isa said, this hadith is sahih, [Musa bin 'Uqbah] has narrated from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar] like this hadith. Abu Isa said, in this chapter (there is also narration from) from Jabir, Hudzaifah, Zaid bin Tsabit, Ibnu 'Abbas, Abu Hurairah, Ibnu Mas'ud, Sahal bin Abu Hatsmah, Abu Ayasy Az Zuraqi -his name is Zaid bin Shamit- and Abu Bakrah. Abu Isa said, Malik bin Anas holds with the hadith of Sahal bin Abu Hatsmah regarding this khauf prayer. Syafi'i also holds with this hadith. Ahmad said, narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding khauf prayer with many versions, and I do not know in this matter except from sahih hadith alone, and I choose the hadith of Sahal bin Abu Hatsmah. Ishaq bin Ibrahim also said that there are many established narrations from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in khauf prayer. He holds that all narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, about khauf prayer may be performed, and this is according to the level of fear itself. Ishaq said, we do not prefer the hadith of Sahal bin Abu Hatsmah over other narrations.
