Jika berkata diam pada temanmu pada hari jum’at ketika imam berkhutbah, maka telah kehilangan pahala shalat jum’atnya
Imam Tirmidzi : 470حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ أَنْصِتْ فَقَدْ لَغَاقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ كَرِهُوا لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ وَقَالُوا إِنْ تَكَلَّمَ غَيْرُهُ فَلَا يُنْكِرْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا بِالْإِشَارَةِ وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي رَدِّ السَّلَامِ وَتَشْمِيتِ الْعَاطِسِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَرَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي رَدِّ السَّلَامِ وَتَشْمِيتِ الْعَاطِسِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَقَ وَكَرِهَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ التَّابِعِينَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ ذَلِكَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah], narrated to us [Al Laits] from ['Uqail] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyib] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever says 'be silent' on Friday while the imam is giving khutbah, then he has done a vain act." (Narrator) said, in this chapter, (there is also narration from) from Ibnu Abi Aufa and Jabir bin Abdullah. Abu Isa said, Abu Hurairah's hadith is hasan sahih hadith and also practiced by the people of knowledge, they dislike a person speaking while the imam is giving khutbah, they say, if there is a person speaking, it is better not to warn him except with a gesture. They differ regarding answering salam and praying for the one who sneezes while the imam is giving khutbah, this is the opinion of Ahmad and Ishaq. Some people of knowledge from the tabi'in and others dislike that, as the statement of Syafi'i.
