حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبُزَاقُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ خَطِيئَةٌ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا دَفْنُهَاقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah], narrated to us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Qatadah] from [Anas bin Malik], he said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Spitting in the mosque is a sin and its expiation is by burying it." Abu Isa said, this hadith is hasan sahih.
