Batalnya wudhu: barangsiapa yang menyentuh kemaluannya, maka hendaklah dia berwudhu
Imam Tirmidzi : 77حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتِ صَفْوَانَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلَا يُصَلِّ حَتَّى يَتَوَضَّأَقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وأَرْوَى ابْنَةِ أُنَيْسٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَجَابِرٍ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ قَالَ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِثْلَ هَذَا عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ وَرَوَى أَبُو أُسَامَةَ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ بِهَذَا وَرَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَبُو الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالتَّابِعِينَ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَقُ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَأَصَحُّ شَيْءٍ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ حَدِيثُ بُسْرَةَ و قَالَ أَبُو زُرْعَةَ حَدِيثُ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ صَحِيحٌ وَهُوَ حَدِيثُ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ و قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مَكْحُولٌ مِنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ وَرَوَى مَكْحُولٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَكَأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ صَحِيحًا
Narrated to us [Ishaq bin Manshur], he said: narrated to us [Yahya bin Sa‘id Al-Qattan] from [Hisham bin ‘Urwah], he said: informed me my father from [Busrah bint Safwan]: The Prophet, may Allah’s peace be upon him, said: "Whoever touches his private part must not pray until he performs wudu." In this chapter there are narrations from Umm Habibah, Abu Ayyub, Abu Hurayrah, Arwa bint Unays, ‘A’ishah, Jabir, Zayd bin Khalid, and ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr. Abu Isa said: "This hadith is hasan sahih. It is narrated by more than one from Hisham bin ‘Urwah from his father from Busrah. Abu Usamah also narrated from Hisham from his father from Marwan from Busrah from the Prophet: Ishaq bin Manshur narrated the same from Abu Usamah. It is also narrated by Abu Az-Zinad from ‘Urwah from Busrah from the Prophet: ‘Ali bin Hujr narrated to us from ‘Abdurrahman bin Abi Az-Zinad from his father from ‘Urwah from Busrah from the Prophet. This is the view of more than one Companion and Tabi‘i, followed by Al-Awza‘i, Ash-Shafi‘i, Ahmad, and Ishaq." Muhammad said: "The most authentic hadith in this chapter is Busrah’s." Abu Zur‘ah said: "Umm Habibah’s hadith is also sahih: Al-‘Ala’ Ibn Al-Harith from Makhul from ‘Anbasah bin Abi Sufyan from Umm Habibah." Muhammad said: "Makhul did not hear from ‘Anbasah bin Abi Sufyan." ‘Anbasah narrated from a man other than this hadith, yet it is considered sahih.
