Ketentuan ghanimah Khaibar bagi sahabat yang baru tiba serta pengakuan syahidnya Ibnu Qauqal di tangan Aban bin Sa'id
Imam Bukhari : 2615حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِخَيْبَرَ بَعْدَ مَا افْتَتَحُوهَا فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَسْهِمْ لِي فَقَالَ بَعْضُ بَنِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ لَا تُسْهِمْ لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ هَذَا قَاتِلُ ابْنِ قَوْقَلٍ فَقَالَ ابْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ وَاعَجَبًا لِوَبْرٍ تَدَلَّى عَلَيْنَا مِنْ قَدُومِ ضَأْنٍ يَنْعَى عَلَيَّ قَتْلَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَكْرَمَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى يَدَيَّ وَلَمْ يُهِنِّي عَلَى يَدَيْهِ قَالَ فَلَا أَدْرِي أَسْهَمَ لَهُ أَمْ لَمْ يُسْهِمْ لَهُقَالَ سُفْيَانُ وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ السَّعِيدِيُّ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ السَّعِيدِيُّ هُوَ عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ
It has been narrated to us by Al-Humaidi, who narrated from Sufyan, who narrated from Az-Zuhri, who said: 'Anbasah bin Sa'id narrated to me from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him, while he was at Khaibar after they had conquered it, and I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, give me a share.' Some of Banu Sa'id bin Al-'As said: 'O Messenger of Allah, do not give him a share.' Abu Hurairah said: 'This is the killer of Ibn Qawqal.' Ibn Sa'id bin Al-'As said: 'How astonishing that a weasel who came down to us from Qadum Dha'ni accuses me of killing a Muslim whom Allah honored through me, while He did not humiliate me at his hands.' He (the narrator) said: 'I do not know if he was given a share or not.' Sufyan said: As-Sa'idi narrated to me from his grandfather, from Abu Hurairah, saying: Abu 'Abdullah As-Sa'idi is 'Amr bin Yahya bin Sa'id bin 'Amr bin Sa'id bin Al-'As.
