Al-Mufarridun adalah orang-orang yang disibukkan oleh dzikir kepada Allah
Imam Tirmidzi : 3520حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبَقَ الْمُفْرِدُونَ قَالُوا وَمَا الْمُفْرِدُونَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ الْمُسْتَهْتَرُونَ فِي ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ يَضَعُ الذِّكْرُ عَنْهُمْ أَثْقَالَهُمْ فَيَأْتُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ خِفَافًاقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
Narrated to us [Abu Kuraib Muhammad bin Al 'ala`], informed us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Umar bin Rasyid] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Al Mufarridun (those who seclude for worship) have preceded (excelled)." They asked: "What (is meant by) Al Mufarridun O Messenger of Allah?" he said: "They are those captivated in remembering Allah, remembrance has shed the sins they carried, so they come light without the burden of sins." Abu Isa said: "This hadith is hasan gharib."
