Simak bin kharasyah mengambil pedang itu dan mempergunakannya untuk menyerang pasukan kaum musyrikin
Imam Muslim : 4516حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَ سَيْفًا يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَقَالَ مَنْ يَأْخُذُ مِنِّي هَذَا فَبَسَطُوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْهُمْ يَقُولُ أَنَا أَنَا قَالَ فَمَنْ يَأْخُذُهُ بِحَقِّهِ قَالَ فَأَحْجَمَ الْقَوْمُ فَقَالَ سِمَاكُ بْنُ خَرَشَةَ أَبُو دُجَانَةَ أَنَا آخُذُهُ بِحَقِّهِ قَالَ فَأَخَذَهُ فَفَلَقَ بِهِ هَامَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
Narrated to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] narrated to us ['Affan] narrated to us [Hammad bin Salamah] narrated to us [Tsabit] from [Anas] that during the Battle of Uhud, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, took a sword and asked: 'Who among you wants to take this sword from me?' The companions competed to extend their hands while saying: 'Me, me.' Then the Messenger asked again: 'Who will take this sword with its right?' The companions retreated orderly, until Simak bin Kharasyah Abu Dujana came, saying: 'I will take it with its right.' Anas said: 'Simak bin Kharasyah took the sword and used it to attack the polytheist troops.'
