Barangsiapa meminum khamer, maka tidak akan diterima shalatnya selama empat puluh hari
Imam Ahmad : 26321حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الدَّبَّاغُ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ يَعْنِي الْعَطَّارَ عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ لَمْ يَرْضَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً فَإِنْ مَاتَ مَاتَ كَافِرًا وَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ عَادَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا طِينَةُ الْخَبَالِ قَالَ صَدِيدُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ
Narrated to us [Daud bin Mihran Ad Dabbagh] Narrated to us [Daud] - namely Al Atthar - from [Ibn Hutsaim] from [Syahr bin Hautsab] from [Asma' bint Yazid] that he had heard the Prophet Peace be upon him say "Whoever drinks khamr, then Allah will not be pleased with him for forty nights, if he dies then he dies as an infidel. But if he repent, then Allah will grant him repentance, if he repeats it, then it is Allah's right to shower him with Thinatul Khabal." Asma' said, "I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is Thinatul Khabal?" He answered: "The pus of the inhabitants of hell.
