Mandi janabat, mulai dengan mencuci kedua telapak tangan, berwudhu kemudian menyiramkan air ke atas kepalanya sebanyak tiga kali, kemudian mengalirkan air ke seluruh kulitnya
Imam Ahmad : 25571حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِ يَبْدَأُ فَيَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ فَيَغْسِلُ فَرْجَهُ ثُمَّ يَضْرِبُ يَدَهُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ فَيَمْسَحُهَا ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُهَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَعَلَى سَائِرِ جَسَدِهِ ثُمَّ يَتَنَحَّى فَيَغْسِلُ رِجْلَيْهِ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ
Narrated to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] said, Narrated to us [Al A'masy] from [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'd] from [Kuraib] from [Ibn Abbas] from [Maimunah bint Al Harist] he said, "If the Messenger of Allah Peace be upon him bathed because of junub, then he started by washing his hands then passed the water from his right to his left. Then he washed his genitals, then hit his hands on the ground and wiped it and washed it. Then he made ablution as in the ablution for prayer, then ran water over his head and all over his body, then he changed places and washed his feet." Narrated to us [Waki'] from [Al A'masy]. Abdullah said: Narrated to us [Abu Ar Rabi'] said: Narrated to us [Waki'] from [Al A'masy] from [Salim bin Abu Ja'd] from [Kuraib] from [Ibn Abbas] from [Maimunah] from the Prophet Peace be upon him like that.
