Bertaubat dan beristighfar tujuh puluh kali sampai seratus kali setiap hari
Imam Ahmad : 22282حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا ذَرِبَ اللِّسَانِ عَلَى أَهْلِي فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ خَشِيتُ أَنْ يُدْخِلَنِي لِسَانِي النَّارَ قَالَ فَأَيْنَ أَنْتَ مِنْ الِاسْتِغْفَارِ إِنِّي لَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ فِي الْيَوْمِ مِائَةً قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ذَكَرْتُهُ لِأَبِي بُرْدَةَ فَقَالَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Narrated to us ['Abdur Rahman] from [Sufyan] from [Abu Ishaq] from ['Ubaid bin Al Mughirah] from [Hudzaifah bin Al Yaman] said: I am a person who often says dirty things to my family and then I said: O Messenger of Allah! I'm afraid my tongue will put me in hell. Rasulullah Peace be upon him wa salam said: "How much do you say istighfar, O Hudzaifah? I make istighfar to Allah a hundred times a day." [Abu Ishaq] said: I mentioned it to [Abu Burdah] then he said in his narration: "And I repent to Him.
