حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِقُرَيْشٍ إِنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ لَا يَزَالُ فِيكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ وُلَاتُهُ مَا لَمْ تُحْدِثُوا فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُمْ ذَلِكَ سَلَّطَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ شِرَارَ خَلْقِهِ وَالْتَحَوْكُمْ كَمَا يُلْتَحَى الْقَضِيبُ
