Nabi melarang puasa wishal – puasa terus-menerus tanpa berbuka
Imam Ahmad : 9048وَقَالَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْوِصَالَ قَالُوا فَإِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ إِنِّي لَسْتُ فِي ذَا مِثْلَكُمْ إِنِّي أَبِيتُ يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي فَاكْلَفُوا مَا لَكُمْ بِهِ طَاقَةٌ
Still following the same chain as the previous hadith from [Abu Hurairah] the Prophet said: "Do not fast wishol," the companions said: "You did it yourself, O Messenger of Allah?" then he said: "Indeed, I am not like you, at night my Lord gives me food and drink, so do charity according to your ability.
