Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 7855وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَسْرِقُ سَارِقٌ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي زَانٍ حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الشَّارِبُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ يَعْنِي الْخَمْرَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ أَحَدُكُمْ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ فِيهَا وَهُوَ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَغِلُّ أَحَدُكُمْ حِينَ يَغِلُّ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَإِيَّاكُمْ إِيَّاكُمْ
Still going through the same chain route as the previous hadith: from [Abu Hurairah]: And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Not a believer is called a believer when he steals, a believer is not called a believer when he commits adultery, and a believer is not called a believer when he drinks wine. And by the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, not a believer is called a believer when he steals property in the presence of many people, and not one of you is called a believer, when he steals the wealth of the ghonimah, then be afraid of you, be afraid of you.
