حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُهَجِّرُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ كَالْمُهْدِي بَدَنَةً ثُمَّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ كَالْمُهْدِي بَقَرَةً وَالَّذِي يَلِيهِ كَالْمُهْدِي كَبْشًا حَتَّى ذَكَرَ الدَّجَاجَةَ وَالْبَيْضَةَ

Narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa Salam, he said: "The person who hastens to come to the Friday prayer is like the person who has invested in a camel, and the person who comes after him is like the person who has invested in a cow, and the person who comes after him is like the person who has invested in a goat," so he said it was like investing in chickens and eggs.
