Sesungguhnya telah ada pada (diri) Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam itu suri teladan

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْمَأْرِبِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ شَرَاحِيلَ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقُلْنَا مَا صَلَاةُ الْمُسَافِرِ فَقَالَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ إِلَّا صَلَاةَ الْمَغْرِبِ ثَلَاثًا قُلْتُ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كُنَّا بِذِي الْمَجَازِ قَالَ وَمَا ذُو الْمَجَازِ قُلْتُ مَكَانًا نَجْتَمِعُ فِيهِ وَنَبِيعُ فِيهِ وَنَمْكُثُ عِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً أَوْ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّجُلُ كُنْتُ بِأَذْرَبِيجَانَ لَا أَدْرِي قَالَ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ أَوْ شَهْرَيْنِ فَرَأَيْتُهُمْ يُصَلُّونَهَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَرَأَيْتُ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نُصْبَ عَيْنِي يُصَلِّيهِمَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ نَزَعَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ { لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ } حَتَّى فَرَغَ مِنْ الْآيَةِ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Bakr] Narrated to us [Yahya bin Qais Al-Ma`ribiy] Narrated to us [Tsumamah bin Syarahil] he said, I visited Ibn Umar then we asked, "How does a traveler pray?" [Ibnu Umar] answered, "That is two rak'ahs, two rak'ahs except the Maghrib prayer, which is three (rak'ah)." I asked, "What would you think if we were in Dzil Majaz?" he answered, "What is Dzul majaz?" I answered, "A place where we gather, buy and sell and spend the night for twenty or fifteen days." He said, "O friend, I was in Azerbaijan, I don't remember four months or two months - the narrator doubts the time period - I saw them praying two rak'ahs, two rak'ahs, and I saw the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam before my own eyes, he prayed two rak'ahs, two rak'ahs." Then he recited this verse "LAQAD KAANA LAKUM FI RASULILLAAHI USWATUN HASANAH" (Indeed, there is for you in the Messenger of Allah a good example.
