Anas berkata aku tidak pernah mengenal sesuatu pun di zaman Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam seperti apa yang terjadi sekarang (melalaikan shalat)

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ أَخِي عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يَقُولُ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ بِدِمَشْقَ وَهُوَ يَبْكِي فَقُلْتُ مَا يُبْكِيكَ فَقَالَلَا أَعْرِفُ شَيْئًا مِمَّا أَدْرَكْتُ إِلَّا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ وَهَذِهِ الصَّلَاةُ قَدْ ضُيِّعَتْوَقَالَ بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ الْبُرْسَانِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ نَحْوَهُ

Narrated to us by Amru bin Zurarah, Sa'd informed us Abdul Wahid bin Washil Abu Ubaidah Al Haddad from Uthman bin Abu Rawwad, brother of Al Aziz bin Abu Rawwad, who Sa'd I heard Az Zuhri say, 'I visited Anas bin Malik in Damascus while he was weeping. I Sa'd "What makes you weep?" He Sa'd "I recognize nothing from what I knew except this prayer, and even this prayer has been neglected." Bakr bin Khalaf Sa'd narrated to us Muhammad bin Bakar Al Barsani, informed us Uthman bin Abu Rawwad, with a similar Hadith.'
