Imam Ahmad : 3737حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ فِي صَلَاتِهِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدَّيْهِ
has informed us [Yahya bin Ishaq] has informed us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Malik] from [Sahl bin Sa'dari Al Ansari] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him gave greetings in his prayers to the right and to the left until his cheeks were white.
