Anak zina adalah milik pemilik kasur (suami) dan (balasan) lelaki yang berzina adalah batu
Imam Ahmad : 437حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَبَاحٍ قَالَ زَوَّجَنِي أَهْلِي أَمَةً لَهُمْ رُومِيَّةً وَلَدَتْ لِي غُلَامًا أَسْوَدَ فَعَلِقَهَا عَبْدٌ رُومِيٌّ يُقَالُ لَهُ يُوحَنَّسُ فَجَعَلَ يُرَاطِنُهَا بِالرُّومِيَّةِ فَحَمَلَتْ وَقَدْ كَانَتْ وَلَدَتْ لِي غُلَامًا أَسْوَدَ مِثْلِي فَجَاءَتْ بِغُلَامٍ وَكَأَنَّهُ وَزَغَةٌ مِنْ الْوَزَغَاتِ فَقُلْتُ لَهَا مَا هَذَا فَقَالَتْ هُوَ مِنْ يُوحَنَّسَ فَسَأَلْتُ يُوحَنَّسَ فَاعْتَرَفَ فَأَتَيْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِمَا فَسَأَلَهُمَا ثُمَّ قَالَ سَأَقْضِي بَيْنَكُمَا بِقَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ فَأَلْحَقَهُ بِي قَالَ فَجَلَدَهُمَا فَوَلَدَتْ لِي بَعْدُ غُلَامًا أَسْوَدَ
Narrated to us [Affan] Narrated to us [Jarir Bin Hazim] he said; I heard [Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Abu Ya'qub] tell a story from [Rabah], he said; "My family married me to a Roman slave girl of theirs, she gave birth to a black boy like me, then she was ravished (intercourse) by a Roman slave boy named Yohannas, he spoke to her in his language (Roman), then she (the slave girl) became pregnant, first she gave birth to a black boy like me, then he came with a boy like a gecko, then I asked her: "What is this?" The slave girl replied: "This is the son of Yohannas." Then I asked Yohannas, and Yohannas admitted it, so I went to [Uthman Bin Affan] and told him the incident, then both of them were brought before Uthman, and Uthman asked them both, then said: "I will decide your matter with the decision of the Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, that the child belongs to the owner of the bed and for the adulterer is stones (the punishment of stoning)." Then he brought them together with me, he said; then Uthman flogged them both, after that she gave birth to me a black boy.
