Membaca surat al kahfi: sakinah (ketenangan) yang turun saat Al Qur`an dibaca atau as sakinah itu memang turun untuk Al Qur`an
Imam Bukhari : 4625حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَكَانَ رَجُلٌ يَقْرَأُ سُورَةَ الْكَهْفِ وَإِلَى جَانِبِهِ حِصَانٌ مَرْبُوطٌ بِشَطَنَيْنِ فَتَغَشَّتْهُ سَحَابَةٌ فَجَعَلَتْ تَدْنُو وَتَدْنُو وَجَعَلَ فَرَسُهُ يَنْفِرُ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ تِلْكَ السَّكِينَةُ تَنَزَّلَتْ بِالْقُرْآنِ
Narrated to us Amru bin Khalid, narrated to us Zuhair, narrated to us Abu Ishaq from Al Barra' bin Azib, he said A man was reciting Surah Al Kahf, and beside him was a horse tied with two ropes. A cloud covered him, coming closer and closer, making his horse restless. When morning came, he went to the Prophet peace be upon him and mentioned it to him. He said, "That was tranquility descending because of the Qur'an.
