حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ اخْتُصِمَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي بِنْتَيْنِ وَأَبَوَيْنِ وَزَوْجٍ فَقَضَى فِيهَا فَأَقْبَلَ الزَّوْجُ يَشْكُوهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَبَاحٍ فَأَخَذَهُ وَبَعَثَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فَقَالَ مَا يَقُولُ هَذَا قَالَ هَذَا يَخَالُنِي امْرَأً جَائِرًا وَأَنَا إِخَالُهُ امْرَأً فَاجِرًا يُظْهِرُ الشَّكْوَى وَيَكْتُمُ قَضَاءً سَائِرًا فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ مَا تَقُولُ فِي بِنْتَيْنِ وَأَبَوَيْنِ وَزَوْجٍ فَقَالَ لِلزَّوْجِ الرُّبُعُ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ وَلِلْأَبَوَيْنِ السُّدُسَانِ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلِابْنَتَيْنِ قَالَ فَلِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ نَقَصْتَنِي قَالَ لَيْسَ أَنَا نَقَصْتُكَ اللَّهُ نَقَصَكَ لِلِابْنَتَيْنِ الثُّلُثَانِ وَلِلْأَبَوَيْنِ السُّدُسَانِ وَلِلزَّوْجِ الرُّبُعُ فَهِيَ مِنْ سَبْعَةٍ وَنِصْفٍ فَرِيضَةً فَرِيضَتُكَ عَائِلَةٌ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Imran] from [Mu'awiyah bin Maisarah bin Syuraih] from [Ayyub bin Al Harith] he said:Syuraih once received a complaint about two daughters, two parents and her husband. So he decided in this matter. Then her husband came and complained about her in the mosque. So he sent Abdullah bin Rabah, he immediately picked him up and delivered him to Syuraih. (Syuraih) also asked; What is this person saying? ' Syuraih said, 'He thought I was an unjust person, while I thought he was an evil person. He indulges in dissatisfaction and hides the current decision.' Then the man (husband) said to Syuraih, 'What are you saying about two daughters.' The man said, 'Why are you reducing your share. Allah is the one who reduces your share. For two daughters two thirds, for both parents two sixths and for husbands one fourth. This matter of seven and a half as the obligatory part and the part is multiplied as Aul.
