أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ جَاءَتْ سَهْلَةُ بِنْتُ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَكَانَتْ تَحْتَ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ سَالِمًا مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْنَا وَأَنَا فُضُلٌ وَإِنَّمَا نَرَاهُ وَلَدًا وَكَانَ أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ تَبَنَّاهُ كَمَا تَبَنَّى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَيْدًا فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى { ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ } فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ أَنْ تُرْضِعَ سَالِمًا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد هَذَا لِسَالِمٍ خَاصَّةً

Narrated to us [Abu Al Yaman Al Hakam bin Nafi'] Narrated to us [Syu'aib] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Urwah] from ['Aisyah] he said:[Sahlah bint Suhail bin 'Amr] - she was the wife of Abu Hudzaifah bin 'Utbah bin Rabi'ah - came to The messenger of Allah Peace be upon him and said:"Indeed, Salim, Abu Hudzaifah's former slave, often met us, while I was wearing house clothes (where part of his body was visible - pent), while we adopted him as a son. And Abu Hudzaifah also adopted him as a son, just as the Prophet Peace be upon him considered Zaid a son. Then Allah Ta'ala revealed the verse: "Call them (the adopted children) by (using) the names of their fathers; that is fairer in the sight of Allah." QS Al Ahzab; 5. Then the Prophet Peace be upon him ordered her to breastfeed Salim. Abu Muhammad said:"This is especially for Salim.
