أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ فَسَمِعَتْ صَوْتَ إِنْسَانٍ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ صَوْتَ إِنْسَانٍ فِي بَيْتِكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُرَاهُ فُلَانًا لِعَمِّ حَفْصَةَ مِنْ الرَّضَاعَةِ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ فُلَانٌ حَيًّا لِعَمِّهَا مِنْ الرَّضَاعَةِ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَمْ يَحْرُمُ مِنْ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنْ الْوِلَادَةِ

Narrated to us [Ishaq] Narrated to us [Rauh] Narrated to us [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr bin 'Amr bin Hazm] from ['Amrah] from ['Aisyah] that he was with the Prophet Peace be upon him in Hafshah's house, then he heard a voice. Aisha said:then I said:"O Messenger of Allah, you heard someone's voice in your house." Then The messenger of AllahPeace be upon him said: "I believe he is Fulan, Hafshah's uncle by half." 'Aisha said:"O Messenger of Allah, if Fulan were still alive (he mentioned his uncle), could he come to see me?" He said: "Yes, something that is haram because of breast milk is also haram because of birth.
