أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فَرَضَ لَهَا شَيْئًا وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا قَالَ فِيهَا لَهَا صَدَاقُ نِسَائِهَا وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ قَالَ مَعْقِلٌ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بِرْوَعَ بِنْتِ وَاشِقٍ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي رُوَاسٍ بِمِثْلِ مَا قَضَيْتَ قَالَ فَفَرِحَ بِذَلِكَ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَسُفْيَانُ نَأْخُذُ بِهَذَا

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] Narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Ibrahim] from ['Alqamah] from [Abdullah] about a man who married a woman and he had not determined anything as her dowry, and had not had sex with her, but apparently her husband died. Abdullah said:In that case, the woman gets a dowry like any other woman, and she also has to do 'iddah and get an inheritance." [Ma'qil Al Asyja'i] said:The messenger of Allah Peace be upon him has appointed Barwa' bint Wasyiq, namely a woman from Bani Ruwas, as you have decided. 'Alqamah said:then he was happy with that. Muhammad and Sufyan said:we take this opinion.
