أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ أَوْ أَهْلِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ

Narrated to us [Abu Nu'aim] Narrated to us [Al Hasan bin Salih] from [Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Uqail], he said:I heard [Jabir] say:The Prophet Peace be upon him said: "Any slave who marries without the permission of his master or his family is an adulterer.
