Azl tidak dilarang tetapi ketentuan Allah tetap akan terjadi, karena tidak ada satu nyawa pun yang akan terlahir kecuali atas izin dan penetapan-Nya

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ يَرُدُّ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ تَكُونُ لَهُ الْجَارِيَةُ فَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ أَفَيَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا وَتَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ تُرْضِعُ فَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ فَيَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا قَالَ لَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ الْقَدَرُ قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلْحَسَنِ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ لَكَأَنَّ هَذَا زَجْرًا وَاللَّهِ لَكَأَنَّ هَذَا زَجْرًا

Narrated to us [Yazid bin Harun] Narrated to us [Ibnu 'Aun] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abdurrahman bin Bisyr] he referred to the hadith to [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said:"We said: "O Messenger of Allah, a man has a female slave, then he has sexual relations with her and does not want her to become pregnant, is it permissible for him to commit 'azl? he also had a wife who was breastfeeding, then he had sex with her and did not want her to become pregnant, so is it permissible for him to do 'azl?" He answered: "No, you must not do it, in fact it is a decree." Ibn 'Aun said:then I mentioned this hadith to Al Hasan, he said:"By Allah, as if this is a rebuke, by Allah it is as if this is a rebuke.
