أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُطِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا سَيَّارٌ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلَمَّا قَفَلْنَا تَعَجَّلْتُ فَلَحِقَنِي رَاكِبٌ قَالَ فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا أَنَا بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لِي مَا أَعْجَلَكَ يَا جَابِرُ قَالَ إِنِّي حَدِيثُ عَهْدٍ بِعُرْسٍ قَالَ أَفَبِكْرًا تَزَوَّجْتَهَا أَمْ ثَيِّبًا قَالَ قُلْتُ بَلْ ثَيِّبًا قَالَ فَهَلَّا بِكْرًا تُلَاعِبُهَا وَتُلَاعِبُكَ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي إِذَا قَدِمْتَ فَالْكَيْسَ الْكَيْسَ قَالَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا ذَهَبْنَا نَدْخُلُ قَالَ أَمْهِلُوا حَتَّى نَدْخُلَ لَيْلًا أَيْ عِشَاءً لِكَيْ تَمْتَشِطَ الشَّعِثَةُ وَتَسْتَحِدَّ الْمُغِيبَةُ

Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Muthi'] Narrated to us [Husyaim] Narrated to us [Sayyar] from [Ash Sya'bi] Narrated to us [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said:We were with The messenger of AllahPeace be upon him on a journey, when we returned (from the journey), I was in a hurry then someone riding in a vehicle caught up with me and spoke, then I turned around, it turned out I was with The messenger of AllahPeace be upon him, he said to me: "What is causing you to rush, O Jabir?" Jabir answered; "Actually, I just got married." He asked: "Are you marrying a girl or a widow?" Jabir said:I answered; "Widow." He said: "Didn't you marry a girl, so that you could flirt with her and she flirt with you?" Jabir said:then he said to me: "Hope to get children, hope to get children." Jabir said:When we arrived (in Medina), we left and immediately wanted to enter the house. The Messenger of Allah ( Peace be upon him) said, "Go slowly until we enter at night, at the time of Isha', so that the women whose hair is messy can comb it and prepare themselves.
