Kewajiban menepati syarat dalam akad pernikahan

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ

Narrated to us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Abdul Hamid bin Ja'far] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Martsad bin Abdullah] from ['Uqbah bin 'Amir] from the Prophet Peace be upon him, he said: "Indeed, the conditions that you are most entitled to fulfill are those that you use to make your genitals legal.
