Rasulullah perintahkan seseorang untuk mendatangi orang-orang yang tidak ikut shalat jama’ah lalu membakar rumah-rumah mereka dengan kayu bakar
Imam Darimi : 1186أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ أَخَّرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الْعِشَاءِ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ حَتَّى كَادَ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ ثُلُثُ اللَّيْلِ أَوْ قَرِيبُهُ فَجَاءَ وَالنَّاسُ رُقَّدٌ وَهُمْ عِزُونَ وَهِيَ حِلَقٌ فَغَضِبَ فَقَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا نَدَى النَّاسَ وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو نَدَبَ النَّاسَ إِلَى عَرْقٍ أَوْ مِرْمَاتَيْنِ لَأَجَابُوا إِلَيْهِ وَهُمْ يَتَخَلَّفُونَ عَنْ هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةِ لَهَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ رَجُلًا لِيُصَلِّيَ بِالنَّاسِ ثُمَّ أَتَخَلَّفَ عَلَى أَهْلِ هَذِهِ الدُّورِ الَّذِينَ يَتَخَلَّفُونَ عَنْ هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةِ فَأُضْرِمَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ بِالنِّيرَانِ
Narrated to us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] and ['Amr bin 'Ashim] both said: [Hammad bin Salamah] related to us ['Ashim bin Bahdalah] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] that he said, "One night the Messenger of Allah ( Peace be upon him) delayed the 'Isha prayer until almost a third of the night had passed or thereabouts, then he came while the people were sleeping and scattered in groups, he then became angry and said: "If someone were to call the people," 'Amr mentioned, "to a meal of meat on the bone or thigh meat, they would certainly come to it, while they were leaving this prayer. Indeed, I wish to order someone to pray with the people (leading them), then I would go to the houses of those who did not join this prayer (in congregation) and burn them.
