Imam Darimi : 696أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ خَيْرٍ قَالَ دَخَلَ عَلِيٌّ الرَّحَبَةَ بَعْدَمَا صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ قَالَ فَجَلَسَ فِي الرَّحَبَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِغُلَامٍ لَهُ ائْتِنِي بِطَهُورٍ قَالَ فَأَتَاهُ الْغُلَامُ بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ وَطَسْتٍ قَالَ عَبْدُ خَيْرٍ وَنَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ نَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى فَمَلَأَ فَمَهُ فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ وَنَثَرَ بِيَدِهِ الْيُسْرَى فَعَلَ هَذَا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى طُهُورِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهَذَا طُهُورُهُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ الْمُرَادِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ خَيْرٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ
Narrated to us [Abu Al Walid Ath Thayalisi] Narrated to us [Za`idah] Narrated to us [Khalid bin 'Alqamah Al HamAndi] Narrated to me ['Abdu khair] he said: "(One day) after the fajr prayer [Ali] once entered the veranda, then he sat on the veranda, and said to his servant: 'Please get me (water to) purify', he said: 'His helper came with a vessel filled with water', 'Abdu Khair said: 'And we sat there looking at him', then he put his right hand in and filled his mouth with water to rinse his mouth and put the water in his nose, then he took it out (the water from his nose) with his left hand, he did this three times, three times, then he said: 'Whoever wants to see the way of ablution of the Messenger of Allah Peace be upon him, this is how ablution is done. This was done by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam 'alaihi wasallam' ". Narrated to us [Abu Nu'aim] Narrated to us [Hasan bin Uqbah Al Muradi] he said: 'Narrated to me ['Abdu] Khair with a sanad similar to him.
