Allah tidak menerima sedekah dari harta yang tidak halal
Imam Darimi : 683أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ
Narrated to us [Sahl bin Hammad] Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Al Malih] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alahi wa sallam, he said:"Allah subhanalahu wa ta'ala does not accept prayers (a servant performs) without purifying himself, and (Allah subhanallahu wa ta'ala does not accept) alms from ghulul (taking the spoils of war before distributing them).
