Hukum menyentuh dan membawa Al-Qur’an bagi orang junub: tidak ada yang boleh menyentuh al qur'an kecuali yang telah bersuci
Imam Malik : 419حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِك عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍأَنَّ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي كَتَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ أَنْ لَا يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ
Yahya narrated to me from Malik, from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Hazm, that in the letter which the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, wrote to Amr ibn Hazm, it was stated: 'None should touch the Quran except one who is in a state of purity.'
