Rasulullah perintahkan seseorang untuk mendatangi orang-orang yang tidak ikut shalat jama’ah lalu membakar rumah-rumah mereka dengan kayu bakar
Imam Malik : 266و حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِك عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ بِحَطَبٍ فَيُحْطَبَ ثُمَّ آمُرَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَيُؤَذَّنَ لَهَا ثُمَّ آمُرَ رَجُلًا فَيَؤُمَّ النَّاسَ ثُمَّ أُخَالِفَ إِلَى رِجَالٍ فَأُحَرِّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ بُيُوتَهُمْ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ يَعْلَمُ أَحَدُهُمْ أَنَّهُ يَجِدُ عَظْمًا سَمِينًا أَوْ مِرْمَاتَيْنِ حَسَنَتَيْنِ لَشَهِدَ الْعِشَاءَ
It was narrated to me from Malik, from Abu Az-Zinad, from Al-A'raj, from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, I had intended to order firewood to be gathered, then order the call to prayer to be given, then order the iqama to be pronounced. Then I would order a man to lead the people in prayer, while I would go to certain men and burn their houses down. By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, if one of them knew he would find a fat bone or two good ribs, he would attend the Isha prayer.'
