Maka barangsiapa yang berbuat kemungkaran (bid'ah) yang dilarang agama didalamnya atau membantu orang berbuat bid'ah maka orang itu akan mendapat laknat dari Allah

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَمَا كَتَبْنَا عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا الْقُرْآنَ وَمَا فِي هَذِهِ الصَّحِيفَةِ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةُ حَرَامٌ مَا بَيْنَ عَائِرٍ إِلَى كَذَا فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ عَدْلٌ وَلَا صَرْفٌ وَذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ فَمَنْ أَخْفَرَ مُسْلِمًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ وَمَنْ وَالَى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌقَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَكَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ إِذَا لَمْ تَجْتَبُوا دِينَارًا وَلَا دِرْهَمًا فَقِيلَ لَهُ وَكَيْفَ تَرَى ذَلِكَ كَائِنًا يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ إِي وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِيَدِهِ عَنْ قَوْلِ الصَّادِقِ الْمَصْدُوقِ قَالُوا عَمَّ ذَاكَ قَالَ تُنْتَهَكُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَيَشُدُّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قُلُوبَ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ فَيَمْنَعُونَ مَا فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ

Narrated to us Muhammad bin Kathir, informed us Sufyan from Al-A'mash from Ibrahim At-Taymi from his father from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: We did not write anything from the Prophet (peace be upon him) except the Qur?an and what is in this document. The Prophet (peace be upon him) Sa'd 'Madinah is a sanctuary from Air to so-and-so. Whoever commits an innovation in it or shelters an innovator, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people; no obligatory or voluntary act will be accepted from him. The protection of the Muslims is one; the lowliest of them can offer it. Whoever violates a Muslim?s covenant, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people; no obligatory or voluntary act will be accepted from him. Whoever pledges allegiance to a people without the permission of his masters, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people; no obligatory or voluntary act will be accepted from him.' Abu Musa said: Narrated to us Hashim bin Al-Qasim, narrated to us Ishaq bin Sa'id from his father from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: 'What will you do when you can no longer collect a dinar or dirham (jizyah)?' It was Sa'dto him, 'How do you see that happening, O Abu Hurairah?' He Sa'd 'By the One in whose hand is the soul of Abu Hurairah, based on the words of the truthful and confirmed one.' They Sa'd 'What is that?' He Sa'd 'Because the covenant of Allah and His Messenger is violated, so Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, hardens the hearts of the people of Dhimmah, and they withhold what is in their hands.'
