Surat Rasulullah tentang diyat atas jiwa dan luka
Imam Ibnu Majah : 2645حَدَّثَنَا جَمِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الْمَوَاضِحِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ
Narrated by [Jamil bin Hasan], from [Abdul A'la], from [Sa'id bin Abu Arubah], from [Mathar], from [Amru bin Syu'aib], from [his father], from [his grandfather]: The Prophet shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said, 'For wounds exposing bone, the diyat is five camels.'
